Job Description

Cartelli Collision is seeking a detail-oriented MA licensed Auto Damage Appraiser to join our team in Greenfield, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and estimating repair costs accurately and efficiently to support our insurance and customer service operations. If you have a strong eye for detail and experience in automotive damage appraisal, we invite you to apply. Responsibilities

  • Inspect and evaluate vehicles to determine the extent of damage.
  • Prepare detailed damage reports and repair estimates.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and customers to facilitate repairs and claims processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all appraisals and assessments.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and changes in automotive repair technologies.
Requirements
  • MA Appraisers license with a proven track record as an Auto Damage Appraiser or similar role.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and insurance claim processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
