Key Requirements:
✔️ Active BCBA certification (required)
✔️ Minimum 2+ years of experience as a BCBA (preferred)
✔️ Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and practices
✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
