S Universe is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate in Philippines with strong customer service skills who is interested in building a career in sales and business development.
Support lead generation efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Engage and communicate with prospective clients in the U.S. market
Qualify leads and set up initial conversations for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow‑ups in our CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging
Recent college graduate or early‑career professional
Strong customer service or client‑facing experience (internships, part‑time roles, or call center experience welcomed)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and via virtual channels
Self‑motivated, organized, and eager to learn
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, or sales tools is a plus, but not required
