Assistant Property Manager

Position Summary:
The Assistant Property Manager supports day-to-day operational and administrative requirements across a portfolio of commercial properties. This role works closely with the Senior Property Managers and serves as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership.
Responsibilities:
· Support property managers in the oversight of day-to-day operations
· Assist with annual budget preparation and capital project coordination
· Assist in the collection of rents and coordinate monthly tenant reimbursements
· Support tenant communications and formal documentation
· Assist with administrative support for all aspects of property management to include invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and insurance
· Coordinate preventive maintenance, work orders, and vendor contracts
· Support lease administration: track critical dates, CAM reconciliations, and estoppels
· Maintain accurate records in MRI property management software
· Prepare vendor service contracts and monitor invoicing
· Other duties as assigned.
