As a Consultant Experience Specialist, you will be a key component to ensuring the Dexian culture is extended to our consultants. The person in this role will act as an additional point of contact for new consultants in the current business portfolio or sub portfolio, ensuring each consultant is provided the necessary tools and knowledge needed to succeed during their employment with Dexian. This position will serve as a liaison focused on building relationships with consultants, sharing recognition, and networking. As an extension of our sales and recruiting team, the person in this role will often be a point of contact for new consultants working with Dexian. The goal of this role is to build stronger relationships within our existing consultant populations as well as with potential consultants. The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure that the consultant has the best experience possible at each point of their contract. This role is the definition of our company’s relationship model.
