We are seeking a Consultant Experience Manager who is passionate about supporting people, building relationships, and creating an outstanding employee experience.
Position Summary
The Consultant Service Manager plays a key role in supporting and developing CRi’s consulting staff. This individual will focus on enhancing the overall consultant experience by providing coaching, removing obstacles, and fostering a strong, connected team environment. This role partners closely with Recruiting, Sales, and Leadership to ensure consultants are supported throughout their engagement lifecycle.
