Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Customer Support Lead in East Syracuse, NY

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - East Syracuse, NY 13057

Pay rate: $20-$21/hr

Responsibilities:

• Lead a project team or multiple smaller teams supporting customer needs before and after product delivery
• Manage high volumes of incoming calls while maintaining service quality and efficiency
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through clear and professional communication
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions within defined timeframes
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates
• Follow established communication procedures, company guidelines, and service policies
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution
• Take initiative to exceed customer expectations and deliver a high-quality service experience

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Typing speed of 35–45 WPM
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow established procedures and best practices
