Responsible for the full stack of power and performance engineering tasks, from silicon bring-
up to power optimization and embedded software development and integration for AR/VR/XR
wearables and smart glasses. Drive performance bottleneck analysis, power validation, and
thermal optimization across complex silicon systems (SoC-level and system-level). Conduct
detailed delay analysis, power profiling, and low-power architecture characterization across
multiple compute blocks (CPU, GPU, NSP, ISP, etc.). Develop and deploy micro-benchmarks,
telemetry hooks, and stress tests for system modeling, usage behavior analysis, and KPI tracking
under thermal and power constraints. Implement test automation frameworks using Python,
while actively contributing to power modeling and performance simulation flows. Support
hardware bring-up, system integration, and firmware validation across layers including AOSP,
embedded C/C++, and RTOS environments. Collaborate cross-functionally with system
architects, validation engineers, firmware teams, and platform leads to ensure robust SoC
development from prototype to product. Execute AI/ML inference use cases on custom silicon
such as DSP, NPU/NSP, or Edge AI engines to optimize compute efficiency and reduce power
drain for always-on features like scene understanding, voice/wake triggers, and display
rendering.
