Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a FedEx Delivery Driver located in Livonia, MI. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely operating a delivery vehicle to transport packages to residential and business addresses within assigned routes. Key tasks include loading and unloading packages, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining a high level of customer service, and adhering to safety and operational guidelines. Drivers will also communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide an exceptional delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused skills, including strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
• Basic operational skills such as familiarity with GPS systems and route navigation
• Ability to participate in Training programs and adapt to company procedures and safety guidelines
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
