You’ll be the heartbeat behind our clients' financial operations, ensuring their accounts are flawless and their business dreams stay on track.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mastering the Numbers : Own financial records, ensuring everything adds up to perfection. You’re the detective of the accounting world!
• Month-End Wizardry : Prepare detailed, crystal-clear financial statements that’ll make clients’ jaws drop (in a good way, of course!).
• Reconciliation Rockstar : Keeping accounts balanced and looking sharp. No discrepancy is too small to catch.
• Client Liaison Extraordinaire : You’ll keep our clients in the loop with regular updates, helping them understand their financial standing and putting them at ease.
• Payroll Pro : You'll help manage payroll processing—timely, accurate, and stress-free for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience : At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience. You’ve been around the block and know the ropes. Bonus points if you’ve juggled multiple clients before
• Skills : Mastery of QuickBooks. Bonus points for familiarity with other bookkeeping software!
• Time Management:  You're a master at juggling priorities, hitting deadlines, and thriving under pressure
• Attention to Detail : Your motto? “The devil’s in the details.” You spot the tiniest discrepancies before anyone else.
• Communication Savvy : You make complex financial concepts easy to understand for clients. No jargon, just clarity.
• Adaptability: You can thrive in a bit of chaos, stay steady when things get busy, and manage stress with confidence and professionalism.
• A Love for Numbers : You’re not just good at numbers—you  enjoy them. They’re your happy place.
• Team Spirit : You work well with others and enjoy collaborating with a team that values fun, but gets the job done.
