About the Company & Role

An established, high-volume dental practice is seeking a General Dentist to step into a lead role in a modern, well-supported environment. This position offers immediate production, strong clinical autonomy, and a defined path to partnership.

Responsibilities

• 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
• Optional Fridays available for additional production
• Solo/lead dentist role with full clinical autonomy

Practice Environment

• 6 operatories (4 operative, 2 hygiene)
• CBCT imaging and intraoral scanners
• Strong patient flow: 8+ doctor visits per day
• Up to 14 hygiene checks daily
• Supported by 2 full-time hygienists

Pay range and compensation package

• Compensation: W-2 position
• 30% of adjusted production (no lab, supply, or staffing deductions)
• Earning potential exceeding $300,000 annually
• $850/day guarantee (first 3 months)
• $10,000 sign-on/relocation bonus

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active or eligible dental license in Alabama
• Interest in comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, cosmetic, implants preferred)
