Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner – CRH Americas is responsible for managing and supporting a high-engagement culture to help drive business success and build relationships with business partners in a collaborative environment. Must be able to think strategically, execute tactfully, and demonstrate strong judgement and handle complex and sensitive issues. In support of the CRH Americas, this individual will serve as the HR expert in providing leadership, communications, and oversight to ensure that the business is in compliance with federal and state regulations and providing a high level of customer service throughout the organization. This position will report directly to the Vice President, Human Resources
