Role Description
This full-time, on-site Litigation Associate position is based in Melville, NY. The role involves drafting legal motions, conducting legal research, assisting with depositions, and appearing in court proceedings. Responsibilities also include providing legal counsel to clients, managing case files, and supporting litigation efforts in both state and federal courts.
