Our client, an elite law firm, is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team.
This role combines high‑level litigation document production and hands‑on administrative support, including drafting, proofreading, and formatting correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, and engagement letters; working closely with attorneys on court filings, discovery, and e‑filings in state and federal courts; managing and organizing electronic client files in NetDocuments; opening new matters and conducting conflict checks; maintaining calendars and client contacts; coordinating travel, meetings, conference calls, and video conferences; preparing presentation materials; and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary in a law firm.
