Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CRM & Reporting Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in marketing analytics and data analysis tools to support business strategies and decision-making processes. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to work on impactful projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and other data analysis platforms to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimize campaigns.
  • Utilize HubSpot to support marketing initiatives and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance using platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Create and present comprehensive reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and key findings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align data-driven strategies with business goals.
  • Implement and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytics and reporting systems.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.
  • Stay updated on emerging analytics tools and techniques to continuously improve processes.

Requirements Of the Position

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, including HubSpot.
  • Experience with digital marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Solid understanding of data management, reporting, and visualization techniques.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
