Job Title: Senior Solution Architect Telematics Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite) Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract W2-Visa-independent candidates required

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms in the Automotive and Connected Vehicle domain. This role requires deep expertise in multi-tenant architecture, strong backend implementation capabilities, and hands-on involvement in building cloud-native, distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive end-to-end architecture for connected vehicle platforms
• Design and implement scalable multi-tenant SaaS architectures
• Lead backend development initiatives (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems)
• Architect solutions for vehicle data ingestion, telematics, OTA, and IoT platforms
• Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and high availability
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to development teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, DevOps)
• Drive adoption of cloud-native, DevOps, and modern architecture practices
• Conduct architecture reviews, define best practices, and ensure design compliance

Preferred Experience : Strong experience in Connected Vehicles / Telematics / Automotive platforms Hands-on experience designing multi-tenant cloud platforms at scale Exposure to OTA updates, V2X communication, fleet management systems Experience with real-time data streaming and IoT ecosystems What We're Looking For: 12+ years of experience in software engineering with proven architecture expertise Strong hands-on capability in backend system design and implementation Ability to balance strategic architecture with hands-on development support Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-scale, and evolving environment
