Job Description

Salary: $110,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data engineering or similar roles.
• Proficient in Python, T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
• Strong background in data integration, ETL development, and data warehouse construction.
• Familiarity with data governance practices and security protocols, especially in healthcare.
• Excellent analytical skills to turn raw data into meaningful insights.

• Develop, test, and uphold scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate to design system architecture and data flow strategies.
• Partner with business units and technical teams to troubleshoot data issues and support ongoing analytics initiatives.
• Conduct data wrangling tasks like ingestion, transformation, and cleaning to enable effective analysis.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical plans and data-driven solutions.
• Engage in peer code reviews and disseminate best practices throughout the engineering team.
• Create and maintain documentation related to data workflows, architecture, and models.
• Generate custom reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Assist in managing and troubleshooting a substantial volume of data pipelines.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure consistency of data within applications.
