Job Description

Actively seeking a Receptionist for a part-time position with a busy and growing law firm. This role will focus on supporting daily office operations for the firm, including front desk reception, file management, and courthouse filings, and will work closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and clients. This is a full-time, fully onsite position. Prior experience in an office or legal setting required.

LOCATION: Tulsa, OK (Midtown)

SCHEDULE: Fully Onsite | Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 5:00pm

PAY: $16-18/hour (some flexibility for bilingual proficiency)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred
• 1+ years of experience in an office, legal, or customer service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning case management and document software
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Able to commit to a permanent part-time schedule of 20 hours/week
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage front desk operations by answering and routing calls, greeting clients and visitors, and keeping a tidy reception area.
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, including scanning, naming, and uploading documents to the case management system
• Review and route incoming faxes, attaching documents to appropriate case records and forwarding as needed
• Handle courthouse filings, mail drop-offs, and other external errands in a timely and accurate manner
• Support general administrative tasks and office operations, assisting attorneys and staff as needed
