Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions: Assist in processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring the integrity and completeness of financial data.
  • Reporting: Generate and prepare financial reports, summaries, and analysis as required by the finance team, providing insights into financial performance.
  • Budget Support: Collaborate with finance managers to provide support in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial plans.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve finance-related inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions and processes.
  • Financial Support: Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks, providing support to the finance team as needed.

  • Data Analytics using Excel.
  • Experience with Reconciliation and Purchase Orders

Education/Experience:

  • Software: Oracle, Coupa, clients and profits.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Looking for Min 7 years of work experience
