Project Manager – Power Systems & Aftermarket Projects

About the Role

This is a high-impact Project Manager role responsible for leading capital and aftermarket power system projects from contract award through execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field teams while serving as the primary customer interface.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning complex projects , balancing technical, commercial, and customer priorities, and being accountable for real results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own capital and aftermarket contracts , including change orders, with responsibility for margin, risk, and execution
• Act as the primary customer liaison throughout project execution
• Develop and drive the Project Quality Plan
• Identify and manage project risks
• Maintain ownership of project budgets, forecasts, and monthly cash flow reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred); MBA a plus
• 5+ years managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects with full accountability
• International project experience preferred
• Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and scheduling
• Technical foundation in heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics , and general engineering principles
• Strong leadership, communication, and matrix-team experience; multi-lingual skills a plus
