Project Management Office (PMO) Manager
Department: Project Management
Reports To: Managing Director
Location: On-site – Germantown, WI (no hybrid or remote option)
Position Summary
The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager oversees the development, implementation, and governance of project management standards, tools, and methodologies supporting physical product development in a manufacturing environment . This role leads a team of project managers and engineers, supports a PMO that is still being built, and plays a key role in shaping project governance, processes, and structure across the organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a project management professional with experience in manufacturing, plastics, or engineered products , rather than IT or software delivery.
