Job Description

Chesapeake Search Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a reputable growing organization. This analyst will be part of the healthcare Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, supporting internal clients, identifying business opportunities by partnering with internal stakeholders and building robust models to measure and forecast the execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor business lines and programs to evaluate adherence to established plans and goals, inclusive of in-depth variance and trend analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis and complex modeling to promote efficient financial operations and implement new initiatives.
• Consult with business areas to determine analytical needs and drive improvements in management reporting including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
• Participate in enterprise projects to improve data [operational and financial] infrastructure.
• Lead recurring financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Assist leadership with ad-hoc specialized analyses & solution development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience, with superior quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Experience with visualization and analytics software such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Tableau or Qlik Sense preferred.
• Working understanding of accounting principles, concepts, and mechanics required.
• Experience with business case analysis and financial model development required.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively communicate financial and operational information
