Job Description

A global leader in aviation technology, delivering advanced systems and services used across commercial airlines, defence platforms, and space applications. Their solutions span a wide spectrum of the aerospace ecosystem—from propulsion systems and avionics to connectivity platforms and precision-engineered components.

Innovation sits at the core of what they do. Their teams are focused on improving safety standards, operational efficiency, and overall performance across the aviation sector. By continuously developing new technologies, we contribute to more sustainable air travel, reduced fuel consumption, and enhanced passenger experiences.

Their connectivity solutions enable reliable, high-speed in-flight communication for passengers and crew, supporting real-time data exchange and improving operational outcomes such as punctuality and route optimisation. Alongside our product portfolio, they also deliver comprehensive aftermarket services, including maintenance and repair, ensuring long-term system reliability for our customers.

With a global workforce and multi-billion-dollar annual revenue, we play a significant role in shaping the future of aerospace. Our people are passionate about solving complex challenges and advancing technology in ways that drive meaningful impact across the industry.

The Role

They are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth and strengthen customer engagement.

This position involves translating complex technical offerings into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with a variety of audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams. You will play a key role in shaping how products are positioned in the market, ensuring that their value is clearly communicated and aligned with customer needs.

Success in this role requires the ability to connect market insights, customer feedback, and product capabilities into cohesive narratives that guide go-to-market strategies and influence business direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies aimed at increasing market presence and revenue
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as sales, engineering, product management, and customer support to align messaging and positioning
  • Evaluate market dynamics, customer insights, and competitor activity to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Track performance of marketing initiatives and use data to refine and improve outcomes
  • Define customer segments and tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Support sales teams with tools and materials that effectively communicate product value
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices within product and customer marketing

Required Experience and Skills

  • At least 6 years’ experience in product marketing or a closely related discipline
  • Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions
  • Familiarity with product marketing frameworks, tools, and processes
  • Experience leading product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and experience guiding teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related subject
  • Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or Master’s degree (advantageous)

What We’re Looking For

  • A strategic thinker who can translate ideas into measurable outcomes
  • A proactive, adaptable professional who performs well in fast-moving environments
  • A collaborative team player who values shared success
  • A creative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • A strong interest in emerging technologies and industry developments
  • A customer-focused approach to problem solving
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering impact
