Select Soccer Club is one of the most prestigious and well-regarded clubs in Greater Boston, and we have recently expanded into New Hampshire. We have developed college, professional, and national team players, and our success on and off the field with our athletes is unparalleled.

Select is dedicated to developing strong, confident, and well-rounded boys and girls through soccer. We foster a competitive, supportive, and positive environment where players can thrive. Our family-run organization aims to cultivate not only top-notch soccer players but also responsible and community-minded individuals.

We are currently seeking candidates for part-time positions as Head or Assistant Coach for our age-group teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run high-quality, age-appropriate training sessions aligned with club curriculum
• Coach teams during league games, tournaments, and events
• Communicate effectively with players and families while upholding Club standards
• Support player development through consistent feedback, evaluation, and mentorship
• Work collaboratively with Directors and other staff to ensure developmental consistency
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture

• Exude Positive Energy: High levels of positive energy are a must, as kids follow our lead.

Requirements:

• Must be a US citizen or have a green card and be legally able to work in the US.
• A college degree or coaching license is beneficial but not required. We value passion and dedication in our coaches.
• Have reliable transportation and be able to attend trainings and games in the coastal New Hampshire region and occasionally in Massachusetts
