PAY: $600 for 6–8 completed designs – this covers both admin panel and client-facing dashboard designs.
Deliverables must include:
* Clickable prototypes with full user flows
* Interactions (micro-interactions, transitions, state changes)
* Happy Path vs. Unhappy Paths (error states, edge cases)
* Worst-case Data visualization (empty states, overflow, loading skeletons)
* Auto layout (advanced, nested)
* Variants (component states: hover, active, disabled, loading)
* Design tokens (color, typography, spacing, shadow, border radius – fully documented)
* Accessibility check (WCAG 2.1 AA: contrast, focus states, screen reader notes)
* Asset readiness (developer-friendly exports: SVG, PNG, with slicing guides)
* Table of contents (in Figma – pages, components, flows, design system)
* Version control (branching or named version history in Figma or external tool like Abstract)
We aren’t looking for someone who just “makes things look pretty.”
We are looking for a Design Systems Architect who thinks in constraints, states, and scalability.
At Webverse, we believe great software isn’t just about how it works – it’s about how it feels. We need a Senior UI/UX Designer who refuses to deliver a screen without accounting for every state: loading, empty, partial data, error, success, hover, focus, disabled, and worst-case content explosion. If you get excited building a multi-variant button component in the morning and stress-testing a dashboard with 10,000 rows of mocked worst-case data in the afternoon – you are exactly who we need.
This is not a role for beginners, bootcamp grads, or anyone who has only done dribbble shots. You will design complete admin portals (super admin + client admin) from scratch – often starting from a Word doc or a flowchart. You must be able to read a logic diagram and turn it into a clickable, auto-layout-driven, developer-ready Figma file without hand-holding.
* 6–10+ years of professional UI/UX design (enterprise or complex B2B products).
* Figma mastery – you know every panel, every shortcut, and you use auto-layout like breathing. Variants, components, boolean operations, vector networks, interactive components, and prototyping with conditional logic (if/else in Figma prototypes).
* You have delivered admin dashboards with roles (super admin, manager, viewer) and complex data tables.
* You can take a flowchart (Mermaid.js, Lucidchart, or even a napkin sketch) and produce a complete set of screens with happy path, unhappy paths, and worst-case data scenarios.
* Deep understanding of design tokens (you don’t hardcode hex values – you build a token library that syncs with dev handoff via Tools like Figma Tokens or Tokens Studio).
* You know accessibility – you check contrast, you design focus states, you add notes for screen readers.
* You have worked on platforms with feature complexity similar to: admin panels for TikTok, Instagram, OnlyFans, YouTube, Amazon, Facebook, WhatsApp, Zoom – not the scale, but the logic (permissions, content moderation dashboards, analytics, user management, payment dashboards).
* You are comfortable designing any of these project types:
* eCommerce, Business, Blog, Portfolio, Event, Personal, Membership, Nonprofit, Informational, Online Forum, Community, Startup, Consulting, Booking, Petition, School, Hobby, Interactive, Entertainment, Wedding, Travel, Directory, Landing Page, News/Magazine, Memorial, Subscription, Kid-friendly, Restaurants, Investment Group, Adult, Games, Streaming Services.
* Build super admin dashboards and client admin portals in Figma – from absolute scratch.
* Read flowcharts, Word docs, or rough sketches → turn them into fully responsive, auto-layout-driven designs (desktop, tablet, mobile).
* Create clickable prototypes that simulate real interactions (modals, dropdowns, toasts, loading states, form validation).
* Map out Happy Path (ideal user flow) vs. Unhappy Paths (invalid login, expired sessions, permission errors, delete confirmation).
* Design for worst-case data – tables with 50+ columns, overflowing text, missing images, pagination, infinite scroll, and empty states.
* Build a design token system (colors, typography, spacing, elevation, border radius) that engineers can import directly.
* Run an accessibility check – ensure 4.5:1 contrast, focus indicators, alt text notes, and proper heading structure.
* Prepare asset readiness – export icons, illustrations, and images in multiple formats (SVG, PNG, 1x/2x) with clear naming conventions.
* Maintain a table of contents inside Figma (pages: Cover, Change Log, Design Tokens, Components, Admin Flows, Client Flows, Happy Path, Unhappy Paths, Worst-Case Data, Assets).
* Use version control – either Figma’s version history (named versions per milestone) or Abstract for branching.
