The ideal candidate brings deep aerospace experience, a strong engineering mindset, and a proven ability to scale complex, high precision operations. Our ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing/Director of Manufacturing background.
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager
- 15 years of experience in manufacturing engineering operations
- 10+ years of experience with full site oversight
- 15 years of experience with aerospace manufacturing processes (composites, machining, avionics, etc)
