Job Description
We are currently partnering with a premier manufacturing client in Clearwater, FL, to find a dedicated Aerospace Component Deburr Tech. In this full-time, 1st-shift position, you will work with aluminum, steel, and titanium materials to remove burrs and polish CNC-machined components to exact blueprint specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of deburring experience, good manual dexterity, and US citizenship. - Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in deburring CNC machined components (Aluminum, Steel, Titanium), preferably in aerospace manufacturing.
- Skills: Ability to read simplified blueprints, use basic computer skills, and communicate effectively in English.
- Physical Capabilities: Good manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Deburring & Polishing: Remove burrs and sharp edges from CNC machined components using various hand and power tools; polish and blend castings, forgings, and billet components.
- Quality Control: Verify conformance of work to blueprint requirements and select proper methods and tools for deburring tasks.
- Environment & Maintenance: Maintain deburring equipment and a clean, safe work environment following safety, 5S, and environmental procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain all required production and quality records.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
The essential functions of this role include:
