We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management, from guest relations to staff supervision, revenue optimization, and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel operations efficiently by implementing best practices in hospitality management, revenue management, and human resources.
  • Monitor daily financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Supervise staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies while fostering a welcoming environment that emphasizes excellent customer service.
  • Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and internal communications effectively.
  • Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth overnight operations.
  • Cultivate strong guest relations by creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles including revenue management, guest services, and hotel operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and staff.
  • Experience with human resources functions such as staffing, training, and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes, financial reporting, and night audit procedures.
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette for handling guest interactions via multi-line phone systems.
