Location - New York, NY10004
Duration - 3 Months (This is initially a contract; however, the client might extend the contract or hire permanently based on performance and attendance.)
Shift-Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Shift time: 9am - 5pm
Pay - $61/hr on W2
Requirements- Looking for candidates who have experience working with HIV Care Management and working with patients with Substance use and Mental Health disorders.
Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required.
