About the Role

MedOp Solutions is partnering with a healthcare facility in Dallas, Texas to hire a Physician Assistant specializing in Pediatric Medicine for a full-time permanent position.

This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to pediatric patients across multiple care settings. The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, detail-oriented provider who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is comfortable working flexible shifts across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat pediatric conditions under physician supervision
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
  • Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and preventive care
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Active Texas Physician Assistant license required
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules across multiple shifts
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician's Assistant

Scheduling & Expectations

  • Permanent full-time position
  • Current shift options include:
  • 10-hour evening shifts (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM) – Dallas campus
  • 12-hour day/night shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) – Dallas & Plano campuses
  • Schedule flexibility required based on departmental needs
  • Weekend and holiday expectations to be determined
