Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist (Local to King of Prussia, PA)

We are partnering with a well-established, mission-driven nonprofit organization to hire a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to support an important system transition project.

Position Details:

• 100% Remote (must be local to King of Prussia, PA for equipment pickup/return)
  
• Part-time: 20 hours per week
  
• Set schedule required (Monday–Friday, between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
  
• Project-based role: starting ASAP through June 2026
  
• Pay: $20–$22/hour
  

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy
  
• Clean up and organize existing data in internal systems
  
• Merge duplicate records and update contact information
  
• Maintain and support database records, including volunteer data
  
• Assist with batch entry and electronic record management
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks
  
• Reliable, organized, and trustworthy
  
• Team-oriented mindset
  

✨ Bonus (Nice to Have):

• Experience working with CRM systems or databases
  
• Prior nonprofit or administrative support experience
