Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Social Worker to join their team. The primary responsibilities include managing a caseload of 20-25 individuals, primarily adults, and providing support in housing establishment, 1:1 therapy, case management, assessments, and family work if children are involved. The role is held to a quota of 35 billable hours per week, which can include a variety of service types such as therapy and consultation.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Manage caseload: 20-25 individuals, primarily adults aged 18-64.
• Assist clients in establishing and maintaining housing.
• Conduct 1:1 therapy and provide case management support.
• Perform assessments and work with families when children are involved.
• Ensure timely documentation within 72 business hours, or 24 hours in crisis situations.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements

Education

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must be ACSW, AMFT, or APCC and BBS Registered.
• Supervision towards licensure is provided in this role.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in moderate to severe settings.

Schedule / Shift

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm (Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7am - 7pm depending on appointments)
