Currently, we're hiring for an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position involves face-to-face sales to new customers within the Knoxville area. The ideal candidate is hardworking, enjoys working in an upbeat team environment, and is looking to grow in their career.

What You’ll Do as a Sales Representative:

• Work face-to-face with customers in residential markets
• Represent industry-leading brands
• Build strong relationships and provide solutions tailored to customer needs
• Hit weekly sales goals and enjoy the rewards that follow

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–3 years of work experience with customers, sales, restaurant retail, or hospitality
• Great communicator with a professional and energetic presence
• Coachable, goal-driven, and ready to learn fast
• Able to commute reliably to our Knoxville office
• Team player who thrives in a positive, high-energy environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Pay & Perks:

• $60,000–$70,000 first-year average, with high performers hitting $90K+
