Senior Full Stack Engineer, Connect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong focus
on frontend development to join our creator tools team. You will play a key role
in enhancing the user experience and building scalable solutions to support our
growing platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with frontend frameworks, a
solid understanding of backend development, and the ability to work
collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable
taking ownership of features, contributing to the overall architecture, and
maintaining a high standard of code quality.

Location: Must reside in Poland.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain user-friendly interfaces and features that deliver an exceptional creator experience.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and system design, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Build and style components using JoyUI and other modern CSS frameworks to ensure consistency and usability.
• Implement testing strategies, ensuring high test coverage for both frontend and backend components, including unit tests and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain best practices and code quality.
• Work closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies like React.js and modern UI/UX practices.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and backend frameworks like Node.js.
• Expertise in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using JoyUI, with a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Solid experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest) to ensure quality and reliability.
• Familiarity with building secure, scalable applications, with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and agile development practices.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based architecture is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote environment.
