Job Description

Salary: $65,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in developing fully customized WordPress themes and content management systems
• Proficient in creating pixel-perfect and quick-loading websites from PSDs or Figma designs
• Strong grasp of PHP and MySQL
• Familiarity with current web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, ECMAScript 2016, and CSS preprocessors (SASS, Less, Stylus)
• Experience in JavaScript
• Preferred exposure to React, NodeJS, or VueJS
• Knowledge of WebGL and animation using JavaScript and CSS
• Understanding of eCommerce frameworks
• Experience with scripting languages like Python

• Write organized, testable code while adhering to high coding standards, focusing on performance, security, and user experience
• Develop, test, and launch websites using a range of tools for multiple high-traffic sites
• Formulate long-term strategies and visions to enhance the companies we collaborate with
• Effectively communicate with marketing and project management teams to produce top-notch websites
• Engage in planning and agile ceremonies within the Growth team and in collaboration with marketing
• Create responsive web applications utilizing CSS, HTML, and PHP
• Collaborate with a diverse organization to understand and fulfill the objectives, needs, and priorities of our users
• Take ownership of website performance to ensure a seamless user experience
• Apply SEO best practices, including optimizing HTML tags, URL structure, schema, and meta descriptions, ensuring correct indexing and crawling of web pages
